It's hard to believe how quickly time flies. Almost two years have passed since I made my last post but I'm happy to say that I am back and to start things off, I am going to be a bit different and post a delicious simple recipe that I like to use after I work out.
Something new about me (in terms of this blog at least) is that I enjoy fitness activities and working out. I lift weights and I enjoy running. These strenuous activities need a good replenisher and the following is something I like to take. It's very filling too!
What you will need:
Blueberries
Banana
Cashews
Milk
Protein Powder
Blend all these ingredients together and BAM!

This is a blog where I will be reviewing - and sometimes ranting - about the products I use. Like you, I prefer to read reviews and see action shots before purchasing a product.
